The business of House Mouse Carefree Cottages Inc. is to ensure that should a problem occur at your property, the damage and the cost to repair will be limited.
In order for your insurance to be valid you must have documentation to prove that regular inspection is occurring.
Be sure your cottage is covered. While you're away let us check on things for you. We are registered, bondable and professional.
You have worked hard for some of the little extras in life. Pipes burst, heating systems fail, vandals break windows or move in to squat for a while. Regular inspections reduce the risk of unnecessary additional loss or damage.
That's where we come in.
For a nominal fee (depending on location and services requested) we will visit your property, perform the inspections and document the finding. We do not advertise our services on our vehicles.
Regular visits to your property make it appear that someone is home particularly in the winter with the tracks our vehicles leave in the snow.
