For weekly house checking and inspections for insurance purposes, we provide monthly check lists. In the event of an insurance claim, this is your proof of inspection that is required by your insurance company in order to initiate a quick, hassle free claim.

In the event of accidents, vandalism, break and enter, etc. we will initiate quick repair services on your behalf in order to minimize any further damage.

The fee for this service is varied depending on whether it is a house, condo, or apartment, the size of the unit, location of your property, as well as the frequency of inspections required.

Our fee is nominal compared to litigation costs against your insurance company.
