Did you know that in order for your insurance to be valid you must
have regular inspections and documentation to prove that regular
inspection is occurring.
Be sure your cottage is protected. While you're away let us check on things for
you. We are registered, bondable and professional.
You have worked hard for some of the little extras in life. It would
be a shame to have them damaged or taken away due to an unfortunate
incident or oversight. Pipes burst, heating systems fail, vandals break
windows or use your property.
Your conventional intrusion alarm cannot
let you know any of these things have happened, let alone possibly prevent
them. Even more disturbing is the possibility that your insurance may not
provide coverage without proof of regular inspections.
That's where we come in.
For a nominal fee (depending on location and services requested) we
will have our staff visit your property, perform the agreed inspections
and document the finding.
Our schedule is varied so anyone watching would not be able to predict
our next arrival. We do not advertise our services on our vehicles.
Regular visits to your property make it appear that someone is home.
